My minimum radius turn at the Virtual Blue Angels' Virtual Air Festival performance, August 13, 2022. Flew the F model for the show, with VBA legend Bob 'Kato' Tyler riding backseat during the demo.

What com preset are you guys in for each maneuver because I looked at the diamond video and before they entered the runway they switched over to 16 but never seemed to switch back in the video or are they doing it without saying. Also when you guys do a delta maneuver do you solos automatically just switch over when its time

It’s a Super Hornet built in-house by the Virtual Blue Angels. It’s a team-only asset. It has progressed tremendously since this video however, so stay tuned for new videos.

Simply incredible. The amount of training and practice to do this is beyond words. Well done! The timing, the rejoins, maneuvers, and everything else is awesome. To think the real blues do this for a living and you guys probably practice in your spare time is incredible. Hats off to you and the team.

Is it just me or at 7:08 the mirror backwards? Shouldn't the pilot's head be facing outboard? The way that mirror looks, it appears the pilot is looking to their right

@@EscapeLifesGravity It took me like 15min to unbreak my brain to make sure I was seeing things correctly. But regardless, great video and amazing flying. The join to formation at 25:10 was smooth
I didn’t even notice it until you said something. I’ll have to see if the mirror plane is flipped or if it’s just a DCS “thing”.

Custom sounds, custom curves, completely custom aircraft. Our Super Hornet is built in-house from the ground up for VBA.

Definitely using this as reference material for learning the ACC Viper Demo in YSFlight and DCS.

how did you remove the weapon points on the f16? like the little holders where u can attach fuel tanks or missiles
In the mission editor, go to the loadout tab, click on a pylon and choose remove instead of adding ordinance.

What a beautifully produced film! Thanks for emphasising what restoring and flying warbirds is FOR - it's not Rich Boys Toys, it's a commemoration lest we forget what our parents' and grandparents' generation did and gave, for all of US, so that we can have a peaceful life.
